Applying for a protective order (a.k.a. a "Victim's Protective Order" or  "VPO" is a process that has been streamlined to make it more accessable to non-attorney's. However, often people find it beneficial to hire an attorney to guide them through the process.

Depending on the details of each case, my office may be able to represent you on either a flat fee or hourly basis for VPO's that are not tied to a family law case in which my office represents you.
